Hello. This post is for a new sketch challenge over at Sunday Stamps. Our Hostess this time around is our fabulous Claire! See what she came up with below...
Here is how I interpreted the sketch...
I was given this stamp set a few months ago called Ornament Keepsakes from SU! which included the dies and was brand new & unused. When I started looking at my stamps trying to figure out how I was going to interpret the sketch, I ran into this set and knew it was the one!! I heat embossed the ornaments in metallic gold to stand out and off the dark green CS I was planning on using for the back ground. I embossed the Mossy Meadow with an evergreen design folder to make the ornaments seem like they are floating on the front of the card. I found a teeny tiny bow die and thought it added a little something to the top ornament. A few gold star sequins and this card is done and ready to go out in a few months! Here is a closer look...
Melissa, what a beautiful card of classy classic ornaments!! Great inspiration for those who decide to play along with our "A Banner of a Sketch" challenge over at Sunday Stamps!! #SCC318
