Hello and welcome! This card is for the new color challenge at the Sunday Stamps blog. I love the warm coziness of the image and the colors are perfect for Valentines Day!
And my card...
The beautiful heart focal point of the card was made with the Spellbinders January Hot Foil kit. I foiled the heart in Red foil and colored it in which gave it a finished look. The inside scalloped die border is from The Stamps of Life. The heart embossing folder is from the monthly Spellbinders Embossing folder club and looks so different depending on the cardstock you use.

Wow, Melissa, this card is fantastic! The heart image is so lovely, and you've jumped into the foiling technique (I haven't gone there yet... seems involved). Really lovely!
